The object of the study is to determine the correlation between the clinical signs of neonatal adaptation and the number of trace elements in the blood serum in the dynamics of newborns of different gestational age who underwent perinatal asphyxia (PA).
The study involved 80 newborns (the main group) who underwent PA, which were divided into 2 groups: the 1st group included
42 children born before the term, and the 2nd group included 38 children born on time.
It was found that there are correct correlations between the concentration of microelements (Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn, Cu) and the clinical parameters of neonatal adaptation in the blood serum of children born before time (group 1) and on time (group 2); The detection of such indicators in the dynamics of the neonatal period (3-5, 21-28 day) makes it possible to predict the course and complication of hypoxic-ischemic lesions of MCC.
