Prognostic value of the correlation analysis of immunopathological changes in lesions of the central nervous system in newborns with perinatal infections
Abstract
The aim of the study was to establish the predictive value correlation analysis state of the central nervous system with immunopathological changes in neonates different gestational ages with perinatal infections. Conducting correlation analysis revealed complex interactions of immune-pathological in infants with perinatal infections. In newborns with perinatal infections, the CNS lesion correlated with a weakened antenatal history, anthropometric parameters and birth asphyxia, anemia, hyperbilirubenemia, respiratory, cardiovascular and urinogenital systems. The revealed direct correlation between the NSE indices with pro-inflammatory cytokines and the feedback with the anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-10 reflects the relationship and interaction between the nervous and immune systems.
