In recent years, the pyoinflammatory diseases of newborns to regain relevance. It is well established that tumor necrosis factor-alpha TNF-a, interleukin-1 (IL-1) and IL-6 are key cytokines in the process of the systemic inflammatory response in sepsis. Massive release of these cytokines in the blood leads to the development of one of the most threatening and frequent complication in neonatal sepsis in premature infants-multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS). Multiple organ dysfunction syndrome failure of three ormore organ systems in a critically ill patient because of a complex and interrelated series of events.
The serum concentrations of IL-1β , TNF-α , IL-6 were also significantly above normal (p<0.01) in studied preterm infants with multiple organ disorders.
Thus, we revealed the multiple organ disorders such as respiratory failure , cardiovascular failure in our research .The use of a definition of the level of cytokines IL-1β,TNF-α, IL -6 in the serum, allows to identify the severity of multiple organ disorders in neonatal sepsis.
