The goal of the research is to evaluate psychomotor development of children who underwent perinatal asphyxia in the catamnesis. The test of Denver was applied for the neurodevelopmental assessment in 180 premature infants at the age of one year. Also held clinical-laboratory testing children. Denver test assessed: gross and fine motor activities, speech, and social adaptation. Depending on the severity of hypoxic-ischemic injury of the central nervous system, the children were divided into three groups: the first group of light degree of hypoxic-ischemic injury of the central nervous system - 40 children, damage moderate -67 children , 3rd group a heavy degree of harm -73 children. We have seen the lag in different directions as in the development of the motoroj function, speech and social adaptation during the evaluation of the Denver scale II.
