Surgical treatment of necrotic enterocolitis in newborns

Abstract

Comprehensive approaching is mist for increasing productivity of diagnostics of the NEK.During the postnatal and antenatal periods assaying clinical symptoms such as x-ray, ultrasound, lab tests assists us to predict the sickness, the proper treatment and implementing the correct surgical procedure.Therefore, the crucial success throughout the treatments is to prevent the illness not to transform therapeutic form to surgical needed form.According to information about particular problems that emphasized previously, we ought to corporate the sake of developing new treatments, exploring scientific researches.On the other hand, after the confirmation of neurotic enterocolitis in newborns, the choice of treatment tactics, when, how much and how to perform surgery, intraope-rative diagnostic problems, methods of abdominal counting, tactics of postoperative treatment should be fully resolved. It indicates the urgency of the problem and provides a basis for continuous scientific and practical research of existing problems in this area.
