Abstract

Congenital Lobar Emphysema(CLE) is a rare malformation associated with the development of the lung and is mainly diagnosed at birth and at an early age.At the Scientific Research Institute of Pediatrics, a rare case of ALE was diagnosed in 3 patients over a year, treated with surgical intervention and a successful result was obtained. One of the causes of respiratory disorders formed in the neonatal period is the not to overlook that ALE may be a less common disease.Early evaluation of clinical signs, proper study of changes in the dynamics, the use of sequential methods of examination and the selection of timely and correct treatment tactics are essential for the elimination of the disease without complications.
