Vazoregulator mechanisms plays an important role in stabilization of vital functions. The aim of present investigation was to study the relation between endothelial dysfunction and the severity of microcirculatory disorders in hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy of preterm infants. It was included 190 infants with 29-36 gestational weeks to study and were classified in 4 groups: 1st group - 32 infants without microcirculatory disorders, 2nd group - 58 infants with mild degree microcirculatory disturbances (duration of peroral and acrosianosis less than one day, capillary filling time less than 3 seconds), 3rd group - 66 infants with moderate degree microcirculatory disorders (duration of peroral and acrosianosis 1-3 days, capillary filling time less than 7 seconds), 4th group - 34 newborns with severe degree microcirculatory disorders (duration of peroral and acrosianosis more than 3 days, capillary filling time more than 7 seconds). The concentration of endothelial activity markers – endothelin-1, endothelial nitric oxide synthasae and nitric oxide were determined in peripheral blood of all infants by standard ELISA method on days 1-3 and 5-7 of neonatal period. The results of study confirmed the important role of endothelial function in formation of vasoregulatory mechanisms and in the pathogenesis of microcirculatory disorders.
