Clinical feature of intrauterine cytomegalovirus hepatitis in 2 -month old infants

Abstract

The patient-P (date of birth 17.10.2015) was admitted into our Institute with a diagnosis of Intrauterine cytomegalovirus infection and neonatal jaundice,enzymopathy of red blood cells, deficiency of the enzyme glucose 6-phosphate dehydrogenase. The patient had an acute respiratory infection in two-month old.After mistaken drug administration we observed acute hemolysis, autoimmune anemia. The child's life was saved after the receiving rational treatment. The patient is currently under follow-up observations. The patient is in a clinical remission.
